Our strength is our people - the Techramps Group team is largely made up of people who have been an active part of the urban sports community for years. For us, skatepark, Flowpark and Pumptrack projects are not just an area of work, but also a personal history, passion and everyday life. We translate this experience into projects that are not theoretical - they are real responses to the needs of those who will use them.
One of the core values at Techramps Group is cooperation. We want to cooperate with the local community, and our philosophy is to actively involve young people in the process of designing facilities that will be their space for daily activities. We organize open meetings and workshops with young people. This allows them to submit their ideas and needs for new skateparks, and we not only increase the quality of the designs, but also teach young people about participation and responsibility for common spaces.
To facilitate the work of architects, we provide free design materials - CAD libraries, 3D models, technical drawings and product catalogs. This makes the process of designing sports infrastructure more efficient, and the end result meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Our technical support allows designers to focus on the creative side of work, without unnecessary technological barriers.

With a view to municipalities that want to implement sports investments, but do not yet have a ready design, we prepare free modular concepts. Such solutions are an excellent starting point for further design work and help in applying for external funds. Thanks to our concepts, many investments that seemed distant become real plans.
Our cooperation with authorities does not end with providing documentation. We hold regular consultations with local government units - both in small municipalities and large cities. We advise on the choice of location, technology, materials and how to carry out the investment. Our goal is to support officials in making informed, long-term decisions.
Our mission is to educate about skateparks! We have more than 20 years of experience, during which we have already put into operation more than 1000 sports facilities! We believe that such seniority allows us to set trends and play the role of a guardian who watches over the quality of facilities being built in our country and fights to ensure that among them there are as few as possible facilities unsuitable for riding, or dangerous for users.

We are also involved in the process of evaluating applications to the Civic Budget. We have extensive experience in preparing such projects, and this allows us to analyze them reliably in terms of feasibility, safety and social utility. In this way, we support residents and local authorities in the effective planning of investments that truly serve the community.
As promoters of urban sports, we actively support the organization of competitions in disciplines such as skateboard, scooter, BMX and rollerblading. We provide equipment and prizes, support the promotion of the events, and often get involved in organizing them ourselves. We are committed to providing young athletes with a place and opportunity to showcase their skills and develop their passions in a safe environment.

We are also fully committed to supporting the development of local sports nurseries - whether for skateboarding, scooter, BMX or rollerblading. We help create training programs, provide equipment and share knowledge. This allows children and young people to develop their passions under the guidance of professionals and in safe conditions.
Open Day for Nurseries at Techramps Group
We are present at conferences of the Polish Olympic Committee, where we promote urban sports as an attractive form of physical activity for children and young people. We also support the education of PE teachers, showing how modern sports can be introduced in PE lessons to increase student involvement and develop their interest in movement in a modern form.
In our company, empathy and concern for others also reach beyond the field of sports. As part of our recruitment processes, we conduct surveys to assess candidate satisfaction. For each completed survey, we donate a certain amount to the Krakow Society for the Care of Animals (such an organization was selected by our team in a vote). In addition, we organized a collection of food for the Skrzatek's Hut in Michalowice, activating employees to help animals in need.
Every year we participate in the Noble Parcel campaign. A team of employees chooses a family to help - we buy the necessary products, organize collections and pack gifts. The company also supports the initiative financially. This is not only concrete help for people in difficult situations, but also a beautiful shared experience that strengthens the team spirit and reminds us how important social solidarity is.
Summary
By involving various circles - from young people to architects to local governments - we try to respond to real needs and build projects that make sense not only on paper, but most importantly in the everyday life of the community. It is at the intersection of cooperation, dialogue and responsibility that places are created that serve people - regardless of age, skill or experience. We believe that real change begins where people feel invited to participate, not just included in a project. Such spaces not only fill the city map, but above all become a point of contact between generations.
